Having 3 children myself, I know how fast the time goes. It's true - the days are long but the years are short. I try to be in the moment as much as I can with my own, and capture as many memories as I can. Photos for me bring back all of the emotions of that point in time.
With family photo sessions, my objective is to capture this moment in time of your family and bring out the personality of your clan in the photos. I like to take my time and get to know my families while I photograph. The more comfortable they are, the better the photos are.
I'm not one to do "minis" typically - it's a lot of pressure on everyone to snap a few pictures and get the perfect one. When you schedule with me, we'll discuss how much time you think will be good for your family, especially with younger kids who may need to warm up. (I also work around nap schedules - I get it!) I want you to love and cherish the photos you get in the end and remember that day in years to come as a good one.

Included in family photos or all by themselves, we'll capture your pet's personality and cuteness. They are part of the family too, after all! Let me know before your session if you are planning on bringing your pet(s) so we can select appropriate locations.
Side note: Lucy, our Rottweiler, is sittin' pretty in the photos below. But believe me when I say - she's crazy! Luckily my camera lens is quick to capture a calm moment. ;)
